Highland Wagyu Beef for Sale

We raise premium Wagyu cattle and 100% pedigree Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Highland and Dexter cattle to produce the finest, succulent beef.

Our native breeds are free-range, traditionally reared cattle fed on a specially created GM-free "Blackford" blend. We finish our cattle as naturally as possible and they are matured for 28 days. Our luxury Wagyu beef is fed on a specially created "Highland Wagyu" blend for approximately 600 days after weaning to ensure consistently high marbling. Our cattle are pampered throughout their life cycle and we breed and cross with only 100% pedigree animals.

The care and attention that goes into the welfare and farming of all our animals during their lives gives chefs and private customers the confidence that our gourmet beef is of the highest quality and the finest flavour.

The Cuts

We work very closely with the chefs and private customers who love our beef and pride ourselves on the personal service we offer.

CHEFS: We can supply specific cuts tailored exactly to your needs so if you?d like to discuss cuts to order, please contact us.

PRIVATE CUSTOMERS: For something special at home, please order via Highland Wagyu private.

Our luxury Fullblood Wagyu beef, Wagyu X Angus (Wangus) beef, and our 100% pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Shorthorn beef are butchered to the following cuts. Please contact us for a price list.
