The story of Highland Wagyu was featured on Scotland?s farming and countryside programme Landward on BBC2 Scotland tonight.
Filming took place on 2nd October when we welcomed presenter and Scottish celebrity chef Nick Nairn who sampled a chuck roll cut of our Wagyu beef, saying: ?Not only does it have an almost indescribably fine flavour, it?s got this astonishing melty texture that just fills your mouth, it?s quite extraordinary. It is genuinely one of the best pieces of beef I?ve ever eaten. For this cut to taste that good?what are the steaks going to be like??
